Meet A Week of Kindness

Dan Hopper is an Associate Producer for VH1’s Best Week Ever blog, where he has produced hundreds of videos for Bestweekever.tv, VH1.com and iTunes. He a regular panelist for Best Week Ever’s nightly “Best Night Ever” television recap, which is downloaded daily on iTunes by nearly one-hundred thousand people. Dan also writes a daily music column for Bestweekever.tv, and his own music blog, Band Madness, has been featured on Stereogum.com, USA Today’s Pop Candy blog, Yahoo’s “The 9,” and the official fan sites of The Rolling Stones, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Nine Inch Nails, Pearl Jam, Oasis, and many more.

Nate Kushner has performed stand-up at Caroline’s, Stand-Up New York, and many of New York’s underground comedy venues, having been trained in comedy writing, improvisation and performance at the American Comedy Institute and at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. He is one of the founding editors of Penn State University’s humor magazine Phroth, a playwrightm and the editor of the A Week of Kindness website, which receives nearly a million visits annually. Nate is an accomplished musician and songwriter, and is A Week of Kindness’ primary sound designer.

Mike Still is an actor, improviser and video director, who works in the Audience Department of the Late Show with David Letterman. He has appeared Off-Broadway in Thom Pain: based on nothing, and across the U.S. as Nick Bottom, the comedic lead in the National Players’ A Midsummer Night’s Dream. As the A Week of Kindness video director, he has directed and edited nearly thirty comedic short films. Mike has trained extensively at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, where he has studied improv with Rob Riggle (“The Daily Show”), Chris Gethard (The Onion/”Saturday Night Live”) and Billy Merritt (“Uncorked with Billy Merritt”). He can be seen performing improv around New York with his group, No-U-Ki’in.
